Presentation at the Opportunities 2009 Conference, held in Niagara Falls, Ontario. This presentation reviews our experience with our social hiring programs and franchising strategy by describing how SCP is partnering with employers and community agencies to provide job opportunities for people with barriers to employment. It also summarizes findings from research conducted by the Monitor Group on the social hiring landscape in Canada, and frames our value propositions for different stakeholder groups around social hiring.
