| SCP adds to its team members We are very pleased to introduce the newest members to the SCP team. We have a new Director of Investments - Chris Crowell who will be replacing Michael Phillips who has been SCP’s Interim Director of Investments since July 2008. A sincere thank you to Michael for jumping right in and providing a such smooth transition here at SCP. We have also created a new staff position – Manager, Partnership Development – with Karim Harji – heading this up. A warm welcome to both Karim and Chris. |

| The SCP office has moved After spending 7 years at the delightful 205 Richmond Street West building, the SCP office has moved. Our newer office is located in the Capitol Building at 366 Adelaide Street West. The suite is larger and more spacious so that we can accomodate the growth that we anticipate at SCP.
